The glass specifications for our conservatories will meet or exceed the governing building codes for the site.

For overhead sloped glazing, we typically supply double insulating (2-lite) dual-sealed units consisting of tempered safety glass outboard and heat-strengthened laminated safety glass inboard. Vertical glazing units typically consist of annealed glass outboard and annealed glass inboard, with doors and adjacent side lites receiving tempered safety glass outboard and inboard.

Commercial applications, spa/pool enclosures, and certain jurisdictions may have special requirements. Check your local codes for compliance. Renaissance is capable of meeting all hurricane codes, including those of Dade County, Florida.
